Once we receive your
device (hard disk drive, flash memory, RAID, Zip, Jaz, ...), the process
of
Data Recovery is as follows:

If you
submit us a supplement or unnecessary complements for the process of
Data Recovery (PCs, laptops, external enclosures, RAID boxes, cases,
etc.), you must prepay the amount of 100 � + VAT 21% by way of
device removal and storage of components.
To do this we will send you an invoice with our
account number where you should pay. RecuperaData doesn't
start the work process of
Data Recovery
until we receive such payment in appropriate cases.
* All devices that have keys, passwords and / or are encrypted (coded),
SED, FDE, SES ... ALWAYS have a Fixed Cost Diagnostic 300 � + VAT
21% (for standard service) and the price of discs data recovery will
also vary the tariffs for these devices, so we will offer you a
personalized quote in each case. (For emergency services, consulting).
We will send you a
list of recoverable files which you must decide whether to make the
Data Recovery or not.
A) IN
CASE YOU WANT THE
DATA RECOVERY:
A.1)
Will be the moment for pay by deposit or transfer to the account
number we indicate you.
A.2) After receiving the payment we begin and end work and will send
the retrieved information free shipping cost. We don't
recover data until we receive
payment in advance.
A.3)
For 15 days we will stay with your original device in case there is
a problem with the sent recovery data, and after this time you need
to decide:

CASE YOU DON'T WANT THE
DATA RECOVERY:
b.1) If you want we send your device after the process will be
rendered unusable, you must request it in writing (via e-mail or
fax), prepay 150�+VAT 21% and we send it with
shipping costs for you.
b.2)
If you are not interested in your old device and don't request its
refund within 7 days after the 15 day period, the device will enter
in our free recycling program.
A)
If you want we send your device after the process will be
rendered unusable, you must request it in writing (via e-mail or
fax), prepay 150�+VAT 21% and we send it with
shipping costs for you.
B) If you
are not interested in your old device and don't request its refund
within 7 days after the 15 day period, the device will enter in our
free recycling program.
Whether the
service has proved recoverable or not, 15 days after the above
rules, customer may request a refund of the original device:
A)
If you want we send your device after the process will be
rendered unusable, you must request it in writing (via e-mail or
fax), prepay 150�+VAT 21% and we send it with
shipping costs for you.
All users shall be required to pay for storage costs from within one
month of the date should have picked up the device (1 euro per day).
The time limit begins from that RecuperaData communicated to the
concerned that your device is now ready and available for collection.
This point is reflected in Article 3.11 of the Royal Decree of 29
January 1988 on Protection of Domestic Appliances and Consumer
Rights, provided that this fact charge for storage is clearly
reflected and exposed to public indication of such expenses as
exposed RecuperaData on this website.
If
customers prefer not to pay the costs of storage, may waive the
collection of the original device RecuperaData thus told in writing,
from the way the device to our Free Recycling Program, with no right
to later claim it.
If
the customer does not pick up the device or enter your waiver,
RecuperaData reserves the right to claim the debt owed by the client
for storage on your device.
