Description of each service:
STANDARD:
Your device will be served
following the chronological order of acceptance of the budget. The term of the
Data Recovery depends on the amount of
existing work in the laboratory, and the type of problem of the device. Time
approx.: 8-10 working days.
EXPRESS:
Your device will be served immediately, no waiting time. The term of the
Data Recovery depends exclusively on the
problem of the device. Time approx.: 4-5 working days.
URGENT:
Your device will be treated at a station to
retrieve data reserved for ICU cases.
Technicians available 24 hours a day without interruption, including holidays
and weekends. Time approx. of
Data Recovery:
1-2 days. Fixed Cost: This service has a fixed cost payable in advance, no
refundable regardless of the device is recoverable or not.
(*) In emergency or urgent
services, RAID systems, SIM cards, mobile devices and cases previously handled
with complex faults, the initial diagnosis have a fixed cost (nonrefundable)
payable in advance, which will be paid due to the arrival of the device .
